Package Pricing: Prices are based upon established Website Packages and Pricing Sheets updated every six months. Prices are subject to change due to added features, overhead, or specific customer needs. Website Hosting: Prices are based upon established Website Hosting Packages updated every six months. No additional monthly charges will be accrued from the original Hosting Agreement unless a website upgrade requires additional services not provided in the original hosting package. All bacic Website Hosting will be pre-paid for the upcoming year. E-Commerce packages may be pre-paid monthly unless other payment options are discussed and put into Website Design Agreement. Monthly service charges may apply per unit sold or based upon Store Front utilized for Credit Card Processing. Proofing: An initial proof will be supplied to the customer after all the following information is completed:
Up to two additional Revisions will be offered to fine tune your website aesthetics and to fix spelling and grammatical errors. Once this initial proofing stage is completed, Maintenance Fees will be charged for any changes in site structure, content, or design from original Website Design Agreement. All upgrades will be charged per Component Pricing Sheet or the closest package pricing available. Some upgrades are based upon hourly fees. An ammended Website Design Agreement will need to be signed and all monies paid prior to physical upgrades being put "live" online. Maintenance

Maintenance Fees are based upon an hourly computer usage charge and / or a Web Designer / Technician Hourly Fee. The following Fees apply:
An additional 20% will be charged for after-hours maintenance, upgrades, or changes. All Maintenance requests must be provided in writing or via e-mail. Maintenance charges will be billed each month, if any activity occurs. A monthly invoice will be provided for your records. Detailed records of your Web Services Account may be acquired, if neccessary.
