The Website Design Process:
What are the steps to getting a web site designed by Orlando WEB Development?
- Fill out the web design quote request form. We also have a web site design planning worksheet to fill out and send to us via FAX at 1-610-956-0631 if you plan on meeting us in person (Greater Orlando Businesses only)
- We will contact you to pin down the details of your project and provide you with a quote on your project.
- Once the client has approved of the quote, we'll type up a web design agreement which outlines the scope of the project. See Example
- Client will need to return the web design agreement along with a good faith deposit.
- Once the deposit has been received or verified, work will begin on your project.
- We 'll provide mock web site design elements based on client input and marketing materials.
- The client advises OWD of any changes he/she wants made to the original design concept.
- We stay in constant contact with the client on the progress of the site. Based on client input the site gets completed.
- After site completion, the client pays the remaining balance. This balance must be paid in full before the website goes live unless other arrangements have been made.
- The client site is made available on the web.
Clients are accepted from all over the United States, United Kingdom and select overseas locations providing proper payment arrangements can be made using American Express Money Orders or a direct wire deposit or PayPal. (PayPal Payments require a 2% fee.)

We want to point out that our Web Design Packages are normally "priced by fair market value" and not by an hourly rate like some of our Competitors do in the Greater Orlando Market!
WE have found that charging by the page often limits the functionality and overall effectiveness a website if we encounter a price-conscious client. One or two additional pages may make or break a good website and we will give you a quote with a little room for growth because ideas always pop up after the initial design plan is established.
